The workspace connects pinboards, FF&E schedules, procurement, approvals, time tracking and billing while keeping designers in control.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA, UNITED STATES, September 1, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Atelier today announced the launch of its AI-native workspace for interior designers and studios. The platform connects the project work that continues around drawings, modeling and rendering: presenting a concept, specifying products, sourcing, approvals, procurement, time tracking and billing.
Interior design projects often move through several specialist and general-purpose tools. A board may be created in one application, product information stored in a spreadsheet, approvals collected through email and invoices prepared in another system. Each transfer creates another place where project information can become incomplete or outdated.
Atelier brings those connected parts of the workflow into one project workspace. Designers can build pinboards and client presentations, turn selected products into structured furniture, fixtures and equipment schedules, manage vendors and trade accounts, track procurement from specification through payment, collect client comments and approvals, record time by project, phase and task, and create proposals and invoices.
Specialist drawing, modeling and rendering tools remain part of the designer’s toolkit. Atelier is designed to connect the project-delivery and commercial work around them rather than replace them.
The platform’s AI features work with information already held inside a project. Atelier can compose a starting pinboard from a description, refine it through conversation, extract product information from a link selected by the designer, propose a category budget from project context and read a contract into suggested phases and dates. AI-generated and extracted information remains subject to human review before it is shared with a client or used for an order or payment.
“Interior designers should not have to rebuild the same project information in a board, schedule, proposal and invoice,” said Marina Orekhova, co-founder of Atelier. “Atelier connects that work while keeping the designer responsible for every choice and final decision.”
Atelier was co-founded by Irina Keidunova and Marina Orekhova. The vertical software-as-a-service platform is intended for solo interior designers and design studios that need the structure of a connected project system without separating creative presentation, project delivery and commercial administration into unrelated workflows.
Atelier is available globally in English. A free trial is available without a credit card. Paid access is $49 per seat per month or $39 per seat per month when billed annually, with all product features included in each plan.
Designers and studios can learn more and start a trial at Atelier. Additional information about plans is available on the Atelier pricing page, and product guidance is available through the Atelier Help Center.
